Durance International Church is a community of Christians from different countries and Church backgrounds.
Our common language is English.
Our common beliefs stem from the Protestant Reformation: Christians are saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, as revealed by Scripture alone, to the glory of God alone.
We are all very imperfect people, on a journey together to grow in our love for God and in our love for our neighbours.
We meet together in Manosque, France, where the Durance River passes.
Our mission is to gather people together from all nations to know Jesus Christ and grow in Him.

Our History
A group of international Christians has been meeting in Manosque informally as a house group for over ten years.
In 2021, with the arrival as Brad and Catherine Dickson as a pastoral couple, we started meeting more formally for Sunday morning worship services.
In 2022 our Church was registered with the French government.
Our Leasdership
Welcome to Durance International Church !
Born in France to Chinese parents, Victor was immersed in two cultures from the very beginning. His wife, Naomi, is French, so they experience multiculturalism in their daily lives.
They are the proud parents of two young boys, Timothée and Noah.
Victor studied engineering in the Paris region, followed by a Ph.D. in astrophysics in Annecy in the French Alps. Alongside his work as a researcher, he served in a church and studied at the Geneva Bible Institute. Gradually, God stirred in him a desire to devote himself full-time to the church for the proclamation of the Good News of the Gospel.
It was with a fair amount of trepidation and hesitation that they left a promising career to move to Manosque in 2024 so that Victor could complete a pastoral internship at Durance International Church.
Their love for this international community and for the city of Manosque grew steadily, and they decided to stay so that Victor could become the church’s lead pastor.
Together with Naomi, they enjoy spending time with people, inviting them over for a meal or a cup of tea. Above all, they want to show that life with Jesus Christ is the greatest treasure one can ever possess!
